We provide specific tasks such as;

Office Supplies Management

Office supplies are crucial for the employees to perform their day-to-day activities. So, we allow employees to access the tools required for them easily but procedurally. We source and keep a consistent update on the inventory to ensure that you are not out of stock for the necessary office supplies. This helps your companies to avoid overspending for office supplies reordering.

We keep appropriate inventory control system and reorder level for every item is determined after tracking the office supplies leftover. Arrange sound supply request and collection system, decide accurate reorder leve ls, and trace the item which you can frequently see and the items that run out quickly. Place the order timely when the items are getting reduced because staff will raise the complaint if they need supplies immediately.

Special Project Handling

Special project services or special Service are considered outside of the basic SOW of facility management work. They will be funded by a separate purchase order and shall not impact the delivery of the predefined facility management work in any way. Site-specific approvals, tracking and invoicing shall be as defined by the client prior to commencement of the special work.

The special project services may include, but not be limited to, the following:Project related reconfiguration of electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems,Construction or retrofit projects, Major Moving offices within or between facilities, Purchase of material included but not limited to spare parts for office repair, appliance, and fitness products as client order. Manage petty cash payment for the appointed office operational cost (Include but not limited utilities cost, parking fee, Waste dispose feeetc...), to make sure all the payments are done smoothly,Asset disposal and office consumable, Organizing events on public holiday or as requested by the client

Warehouse Facility Preparation and Warehouse Management

We will oversee security, processes, procedures, and staff in store facilities or warehouses. We will control all warehouse facilities and the planning and layout of stores and will maintain stock records. We encompass multiple disciplines to ensure functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of thbuilt environment by integrating people, place, process and technology.

We encompass the principles and processes involved in running the day-to-day operations of a warehouse. At a high level, this includes receiving and organizing warehouse space, scheduling labor, managing inventory and fulfilling orders. As you know warehouse operations are generally invisible to customers, but we play avital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring on-time delivery.
